Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking and payment

Let’s Talk About Business ($225, 60 minutes) and the Business Review & Action Plan ($750) are booked and paid in full at the time of booking through Acuity Scheduling. Your appointment is confirmed once scheduling and payment are complete.

What the Business Review includes

The $750 covers the initial 90-minute meeting, the separate 30-minute follow-up, and the preparation and written work described on the service page. The follow-up is already paid for and is never charged again.

Business Beyond You

This six-week engagement starts at $3,500 and begins with an application and a separate signed agreement. The proposed schedule is 30% at signing, credited toward the total, with the remaining installments and their due dates set in your individual agreement.

Rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Your payment moves with you to the new time. If preparation for your original date was already completed, it is not repeated and it is not charged a second time.

Cancelling with at least 48 hours’ notice

If preparation has not started, you receive a full refund. If preparation has already started, the only amount kept is for work that was actually completed, at a preparation fee or rate that was disclosed and accepted before purchase. You will receive an itemized explanation of any deduction, and the remaining eligible balance is refunded.

Late changes and missed appointments

Karla is finalizing how late cancellations and missed appointments are handled. Any fee will be shown on this page and at checkout before it applies.

If Karla has to cancel

If Karla cancels or cannot deliver the agreed service, you may reschedule or receive a refund for the work that was not delivered. Your choice.

Cancelling Business Beyond You

A cancellation follows the signed agreement: work already completed is accounted for, and any unearned balance is returned. Nothing is automatically treated as nonrefundable.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The processing time depends on the payment provider and will be stated here once it is confirmed.

Late arrival

Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Time lost to a late start cannot usually be added to the end, but Karla will do what she reasonably can.

If something urgent comes up, contact Karla as early as you can. She would much rather find a workable answer with you than apply a policy strictly.
