Let’s Talk About Business

A $225, 60-minute private conversation for business ideas, honest perspective, and practical mentoring, with a short five-question intake and help identifying a practical next step. A formal written action plan, document review, and ongoing messaging are not included.

Business Review & Action Plan

$750 for a focused review of one part of your business: a preparation questionnaire, review of up to three relevant documents, one 90-minute working session, a written 30-day action plan within two business days, and one 30-minute follow-up in the following month. Implementation and ongoing messaging are not included.

Business Beyond You

Six weeks starting at $3,500, available by application and a separate signed agreement: a 90-minute assessment and kickoff, five weekly 60-minute sessions, up to three tools, one weekly email check-in answered within two business days, and a written continuation plan.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate information, send materials on time, attend the sessions you booked, and carry out the parts of the plan that belong to your business. The work only produces results when it is put into practice.

Missing materials or delayed replies

If materials or answers arrive late, the schedule or deliverable dates may need to move. Karla will tell you and agree any change with you rather than quietly reschedule.

Guidance, not professional advice

Consulting provides business guidance. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or medical advice, and it does not replace a qualified professional.

No guaranteed results

Business results depend on many things, including decisions and effort inside your company. No revenue, profit, employee retention, or other specific outcome is guaranteed.

Scope and extra work

Each service covers what is listed above and in your proposal. Additional work is agreed in writing, including its cost, before it starts.

Your materials

Everything you already own — your documents, data, brand, and business information — stays yours.

Deliverables and Karla's methods

You may use the plans, tools, and documents created for you inside your own business. Karla keeps ownership of the methods, frameworks, and templates she brings with her, and of anything she developed before your engagement.

Confidentiality

Your business information is treated as confidential and is not shared, except with providers who help run this practice, when you give permission, or when the law requires it. No system can promise absolute security.

Recording and publicity

Sessions are not recorded without agreement. Your name, business, testimonial, or story is only used publicly with your separate written permission.

Concerns and disputes

If something is not right, email Karla and describe the problem. She will respond and try to resolve it directly and fairly before anything more formal is needed.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version and effective date at the top of the page show which one applied when you booked; the version you accepted is kept with your booking record.
